I could hear the loud random music blaring out of the Station as I approached on a recent Saturday night. To the left of the pub are a few picnic tables that were being used by smokers, most of whom were bopping away to the club beats. The decent sized L shaped interior houses a dartboard and pool table in the rear section of the pub. Sky Sports is advertised.
The bar is stocked with standard draught products which were being served by a friendly but frantic bar tender. I did walk past this pub earlier in the day when it was much more sedate with an older crowd. I would pop in for another pint if waiting for a train from the adjacent railway station, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to revisit.

Large pub next to the railway station.Nothing in the way of real ales.Ok if you are waiting for a train but not much if you want a decent drink.

The Terminus is now The Station Inn
Despite large sign outside stating "Traditional Ales" the only bitter they sell is John Smith's Smooth from a tap
Rest of booze appeared to be bog standard lagers & the like
Pleasant enough chap behind bar, no funny remarks when I declined the John Smiths and left
One large bar, looks bit boozerish to me, but is in a prominent position so perhaps plenty of passing trade
Just one star as I think I was deceived by Real Ales and there were none
