Soup Dragon left this review about Bushbury Arms Hotel

A detached pub with patio in a fake Tudor style - central stone clad section flanked by ubdressed brick, white render and wood beam.

The interior had a few rooms, but i only went into the bar. There was a Jubilee Suite (function room?) and a lounge, that was in red, with prints on the walls. The bar is in red and white artex finish, with wood panel, undressed stone and brick. There is a curved serving bar and the doorways are Tudor style as well. There is a DJ area and a few TV's, one had the BBC footy scores, the other some general TV. The music came via the jukebox at a decent level, when money was deposited! There were a few photos on the wall at one end. The service was fine and the clientele more mature locals, and friendly enough to pass a few words. The decor and the bogs are a little tired, but the place is happy enough.

Beer; tap stuff with M&B MILD and Banks's MILD on handpull - had the M&B for a change and it was fine.

A friendly enough, general kind of place.
