Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about New Inns

Despite some brewer's Tudorery on the façade, this is an unpretentious local retaining a simple two-room interior. Plain but tidy furniture and decor throughout. The busy main bar at the front is devoid of handpumps, but the small counter up one step in the side portion features three (as well as the pool table and dartboard). On my brief stop, I found Abbot and an excellent Enville Ale (£3.00) being dispensed.

Soup Dragon left this review about New Inns

A detached Victorian pub, with front facing gable, with a white rendered exterior, black timber frame and paintwork. There is a beer patio at the back.

The interior is an open plan L-shape, with a bar area and lounge area. The bar is in red and white artex, some wood panel, with a white ceiling and red, blue and green floor tiles. It has a dart area and a few TVs, which have general TV. The seating is red leather perimeter, looking a little tired, but equally of some age. The lounge also has a TV, though not on very often. It is in white, coffee and red, with red carpet, a brick fire place and has comfy chairs and sofas around a pool table. There is a painting of a tunnel and a few photos of locals scattered about the pub, sadly the prints of earlier 20th century scenes, a lot with buses and trolleybuses etc have gone. The service is friendly in what is a locals pub, which often gets busy.

Beer; usual tap stuff, with Banks's MILD smooth and with a great Enville Ale and Theakston's XB on handpull

I visit here on a semi-regular basis and always feel comfortable, especially with the Enville to drink.
