Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Railway

Newly reopened, with a nicely refurbished interior in quite a light semi-modern style. Elongated lounge / dining area with the main counter, and a smaller bar on the other side of the servery with the pool table and dartboard. Large, and mostly covered, rear patio beer garden. Three real ales on handpump: Landlord plus HPA (£3.80) and Butty Bach from Wye Valley.

The Railway has a long and thin bar to the left where some speakers could be found at the rear so there must be some sort of entertainment that takes place here. There are plasma screens that were all off during my recent Friday afternoon visit, but Sky Sports is advertised. To the right of the entrance is a smaller bar that houses a dartboard and a television that was showing an old episode of Only Fools and Horses. The bar is stocked with standard draught products and a couple of draught ales. I went for the Guinness which was well served by a friendly enough bloke who was working behind the bar.
There is a decent sized paved beer garden with seating out the back.

I didn’t see anything in this pub that wold have me rushing back in any great hurry.

A really nice looking detached 'house like' brick build, with central entrance and a beer/smoking patio at the back. There is a lounge and bar, both of which had TVs and two tone walls. Seemed clean enough, but again, we went straight to the patio area as it was nice and sunny. Service was fine.

The beer was sadly just the usual, no real ales, along with Ansell's MILD on smooth. It was fine.

I would visit again for the MILD and that it is right by the Windsor Castle, if it were more of an effort to get to, i wouldnt be sure i would.
