Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about O'Neill's

large, traditional-looking pub in the Brewers Tudor style, but having been thoroughly remodelled and refurbished inside with a light, semi-modern scheme. Notional Irish theme, but even less so than most of this chain's outlets. Also has a substantial front patio, with a 'Bottle & Burger' shack for the better weather. Real ale from two of three handpumps, offering Greene King IPA and Purity Pure UBU (pricey for the area at £3.65).

Soup Dragon left this review about O'Neill's

Sums up the kind of place that Solihull is full of, the large pubco, lively, keg places, which feel more aimed at the teens and twenties. Nothing wrong in that, just some variety would help

I went in, walked all around the central bar and walked out as there was no real ale, or keg MILD.

Not for those that like proper beer.
