Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Sovereign
Relatively basic estate pub, featuring a large but quite sparsely furnished and plainly decorated interior, but doing OK with the locals on a Wednesday evening I thought. Also has a modest patio beer garden at the front. With no cask ale and a limited range of standard keg offerings, made do with a quick Worthington's (£3.50) before moving swiftly on.

This is a newly refurbished family friendly pub with a welcoming atmosphere. There is a full menu from Mid April. Lunch time menu available now. There is a function room available for hire (pictured). Bands on Fridays, DJ/Karaoke on Saturday, Quiz on Sunday. Serves Carling, 1664, Guinness, Brew XI and John Smiths on draught. Already non smoking.
