This pub is still there, but has clearly been boarded-up and closed for years - all the upper windows have been put through.

The Commercial Inn was a decent sized stand alone pub that looked like it was built in the 30s to serve the estate it was on.
Once inside the pub had a few different rooms,i had a drink in the bar which was a largish basic room with bench seating and small stools.
The pub was an Hansons tied house when i went in it,there were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Hansons mild which was a very nice drink,the other beer was Hansons bitter.
This was a pretty basic pub but the Hansons beers made up for it.
