Former street local, stripped out with wooden floor, black leather arm chairs, lots of brick. Part of the Gay Village it is evenings only opening

Soup Dragon left this review about The Eden Bar

UPDATE: This is a detached corner gay-friendly pub, until recently, the White Swan, with a patio area. It is in a sqaure-ish Georgian style and is certainly mid-Victorian at least. It is in white brick upper and green brick lower, with mansard roof. The interior had a single room that i saw, with the back part having a pool table. It is in brick, wood panel and green, with a dance floor and DJ booth. The walls had mirrors and a TV tuned to a charty music channel which was at a decent level. There were Chesterfield green seats, with a standing lamp or two. The service was fine. Beer; no real ale, just the usual kegs, so i had Guinness, which was fine enough.
