Nick Davies left this review about The Hatton Arms

Refurbished again this winter but much the same as when JAQPTIO called. The space for drinkers has increased, sadly by adding posing tables, but there's more normal seating too, perhaps reflecting the downturn in casual dining. The best bit remains the terrace and garden, with commanding views toward Warwick and beyond, and a fine place to while away an hour on a sunny afternoon.

The beer is commendably local, usually Hooky, Mad Goose and something from Church Farm.

We call here often, though it's best avoided on Sundays unless it's nice enough to sit out.

As described below this is a large "food" pub next to Hatton Locks. Well worth the walk up from the canal. 5 ales on when I called including Church Farm Harry's Heifer, Old Hooky, Purity Ubu and Mad Goose. The local Church Farm beer was excellent. I would happily call again.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Hatton Arms

Substantial food-led pub with a impressive lawn stretching down to the imposing flight of 21 locks on the Grand Union Canal. Fully refurbished in an upmarket style with a mixture of comfortable seating, informal dining and restaurant areas. Also has a terrace Garden Bar and beer garden for the better weather. The menu's not cheap, but the place was certainly doing good business on a weekday lunchtime, and the service was attentive without being bothersome. Three real ales on handpump, including Butty Bach, the fine local Church Farm Harry's Heifer (£3.60) and a beer from Purity. Overall, a good place to stop off on a long car journey.

Now called the Hatton Arms after a major refurbishment, due to the new owners who also own Hatton Country World. Very much a Bistro pub but not at the expense of the ales and dare I say it, fine selection of wine.

A mixture of local ales from the Purity house along with various guests and some of the more unusual lagers. It now has a lovely intimate feel to it, which has been achieved by careful interior design in such a large open plan space.
