Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Needlemakers Arms
Side-street pub at the southern end of town, retaining a separate lounge as well as a busier, noisier main bar. Furniture and decoration in the former is restrained and semi-traditional whereas the latter is plainer and more brightly lit. Sadly, no real ale from the pair of handpumps on one of the counters, although Stan's cider from Thatchers was available from one of these. Made do with a Banks's Mild (£3.30) instead.
