Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Horseshoe Inn

A fine old inn of just the sort one would expect in a market town like this, retaining a three-bar layout (albeit one set aside for dining). Furniture and decor all very traditional. Any initial worry about the lack of obvious handpumps is dispelled when four are located in the smaller rear bar, and these offered Doom Bar, Butcombe Bitter, Wye Valley HPA (£3.30) and a scrumpy.

Alan Winfield left this review about The Horseshoe Inn

The Horseshoe Inn is a nice looking pub that faces a road junction.
Once inside there was an island bar with bench seating at the front and normal tables and chairs in the rest of the room, the room was carpeted.
There was some decent background music playing.
There were three real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Wye Valley HPA which was a really nice drink, the other beers were Lancaster Blonde and Doom Bar.
The pub was quite busy with a good mix of customers and it had a good lively atmosphere.
I really liked this pub and could happily stay here for a good session.
