The mock Tudor exterior makes the pub stand out from its surroundings toward the east of Farnham's town centre, a rather large open interior and maybe a little soulless although it was very busy and rather raucous on my early Sunday evening visit,the occasion was the Sunderland v Man united game being shown on several screens, a Greene King pub and only GK IPA available for ale drinkers but plenty of lager if you are so inclined. Didn't warm to this place at all so not likely to return.

A 300 year-old pub in Farnham is being forced to close.
The Marlborough Head Pub has been served with a compulsory purchase order by Waverley Borough Council.
It's to make way for the East Street development, which would bring new flats, restaurants and a cinema to the town.
