Blue Scrumpy left this review about Watermill Inn

Chef & Brewer establishment on the eastern edge of town, with a large car park.

This was the busiest of the 8 pubs I visited in Dorking, but the clientele seemed to be primarily diners. I would describe the interior as quite comfortable. The area is essentially open-plan, as it spreads both sides of the bar. But there are plenty of corners providing a little variety. A couple of open fires help to give it a more homely feel.

Three real ales were on, including a house beer The Watermill Pale from Greene King. I steered well clear of this. The other 2 were both national standards - Timothy Taylor Landlord & Wadworth 6X.

Not really worth the walk out of town.

Graham Coombs left this review about The Watermill Inn

Large roadside Chef & Brewer eating house in usual rustic farmhouse style. An assortment of rooms are mostly tabled for dining but there is a clutch of high tables by the bar for drinkers. At the rear is a large terraced garden on several levels, also tabled. Draught ales were IPA, Abbot and Dorking Pilcrow Pale, which was in good form. Fine for eating or if you need a refreshment stop on the A25.
