jolly sailors is now open and buisness as usual my mum runs it and she is currently planning on doing food its open 11-11pm everyday family run pub good atmosphere friendly and very welcoming.

A former Punch Taverns outlet a short walk across the park to Portman Road football ground, so historically popular with footy fans.
Was shut by Punch in August 2011, but the lease was picked up by someone and the pub reopened in Oct last year.
Unfortunately it shut again in April 2012 and the Freehold is now up for sale for £275K through a local Estate Agent, and is being advertised as suitable for alternative use, so things don't look good for this one.
