Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Broughton Arms
The imposing porticoed entrance isn't quite matched by the fairly anonymous refurbished 'L'-shaped bar inside, but this was busy enough on a Friday evening so the locals are obviously happy with the arrangement. There is also a side room just bigger than the pool table it contains and a compact patio beer garden at the back. A Thwaites house with two real ales on handpump: Wainwright and Salopian Oracle (£2.80) as a guest.

The Broughton Arms is a largish Thwaites tied house in the middle of Haslington.
This pub had been opened out and it was a decent comfortable pub but there were no real ales on the bar only Thwaites keg products i had a drink of keg Thwaites bitter and this was'nt that good.
I would have rated this pub a lot more if a real ale was on here.
