Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Railway

Although the most 'local' of the four Shenstone village pubs, this Marston's house still has a separate dining room to the right-hand side of the main entrance. The main bar area is located in the centre, and there is additional seating down a couple of steps to the left. Refurbished in a semi-modern style throughout. I found Banks's Amber, Sunbeam, Pedigree and Wainwright Rat Race (£3.10) being dispensed from four of the six handpumps.

Soup Dragon left this review about The Railway Inn

A large, multi-building, white rendered detached pub, with black sills etc The interior has a dining and bar area. The décor is red and white, with various pictures dotted about and half backed red and black chairs, some ripped, looking slightly out of place. There was a pool table and the music was subdued. The place was friendly enough and the clientele more the mature type, though it was quite quiet.
Beer; usual tap stuff, with Brakspear Bitter, Banks’s Bitter and Marston’s Pedigree, which was ok. A little bit of a non-entity of a place really – everything was ok, apart from the ripped seats. Just not really worth stopping for, just popping in if you are visiting the other places in Shestone.
