Soup Dragon left this review about Foresters Arms
A light rendered cottage style pub, with extensions and patio
The interior is open plan, three quarters of which is given over to the restaurant. The decor is white, purple and green walls, with wood panel and floor. There are arty pictures and twigs, but there are also some nice old photographs. The small remaining bar area, has sofas and comfy seats, but also a nice fireplace, with welcoming fire. The Christmas music was subdued, the service very good, the clientele virtually non existant.
Beer; a few taps, with Peroni and a decent enough Pedigee on handpull.
Too modern for me and mainly a restaurant, never the less it was friendly and the small beer choice tried to cover all taste. Didnt eat, which is what this place is really aiming at, so it needs a review from someone who has eaten to be fair.
