Smells and looks like a few quid has been spent on it, quite possibly at the expense of its CAMRA Inventory listing. A straightforward backstreet local with two separate rooms. The pubic bar is fairly austere with bench seating and TV football. The former lounge only had half the lights on so felt a bit gloomy. Interesting etched windows; "VAULTS" and "SMOKE ROOM". Three pumps with just Pedigree on and it was getting on a bit with a slightly musty edge (NBSS 1.5). There are better pubs nearby.
