This is now mainly a Spanish Tapas bar but there is also a lounge at the front of the restaurant for drinkers.

Was the "the Blue Posts". One of those terrible gaudy refurbs that tries to be a posh bar by serving overpriced beer. The strange menu tries to be haute cuisine but is obviously bought in chain pub food in a bad disguise.

I don't know what it is about Burton pubs. Since alot of them have decided to re-vamp, and go posh they have completely lost their atmosphere and clientel. This is yet another sad case of this. Nice decor and interior. Where has the atmosphere gone? Where are the public, that should use the PUBLIC HOUSES?
Once again a huge bore fest and dissapointment. I am not overly old, but when i was younger, the public houses in Burton used to be packed. The masses seem to prefer the New Clubs and theme bars now. The old pubs have lost their way.
