Alan Winfield left this review about The Junction

The Junction is a decent looking stone built pub.
Once inside there was a single room which ran the width of the pub, this was divided into three areas, the bar was in the middle area, this area had bare boards and bench seating with bucket chairs and small stools, the area to the left was also for drinkers this was smallish with normal tables and chairs, the right side was the largest this was for diners.
There was some really rubbish euro type music playing in the background
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Caledonian Flying Scotsman which was a decent drink, the other beer was Caledonian Autum Red.
This is a very smart upmarket pub that leans more to the dining side.
