Blue Scrumpy left this review about King William IV

With the Horse & Cart having been replaced by bungalows, the King William IV is the only remaining pub in the village of Scawby Brook, which is just to the west of Brigg.

It's very much a food-led pub that is now only open during the evening. So, we'd saved this pub until last, before heading back to Lincoln.

We were greeted on arrival by the friendly staff. But the assumption was that we were there for food. As it happened, we were in need of sustenance and we indulged in the home cooked food.

Portions were on the large side. But we enjoyed what we had. The solitary real ale was Thwaite's Original and there was no real cider.

A little disappointing as a pub. But food was decent.
