Soup Dragon left this review about The Plough Inn

A small white rendered end terrace pub, with black paintwork and small patio

The interior has two rooms, though i only went into the lounge, which was on two levels and in white and red, with beams and had some old photographs juxtaposed with arty pictures. The service was fine, the clientele - excluding our coach party, was mixed.

Beer; tap stuff, with Okells IPA, and a couple of Hydes Brewery offerings, T'aw Nayte. I went for the Brains Bread of Heaven, which was well kept but so-so to my taste and the Rudyard's Ruby MILD, which was excellent

A quality place, well worth a visit if around, especially with the Swan up the road
