As Al says below, this is a sports bar with a stupid name. However this two room pub with an island bar sported (ho ho) four pumps with two ciders (Flat Tyre and Westons Old Rosie) and one ale - Joules Blonde. Having heard good reports elsewhere we gave it a go and it really was a good pint – better, in fact, than the beer available at Joules’ own pub we tried, the Glebe. In true Saturday night party spirit there was a loud and less-than-serious band on. It was OK in here, though I doubt I’d see the need to include it next time I’m in the area unless I wanted to join the locals in a hoedown. I guess if I was 18-30 and lived locally, I’d frequent it every now and then.

Alan Winfield left this review about Chillz Bar

This pub used to be called the Huntsman but it has now been renamed Chillz Bar,the pub is almost opposite the Ye Olde Crown.
I did'nt like the look or name of this pub but i thought i would give it a go while in Burslem,i first went in a small room to the left this room was empty and had lots of keg fonts on the bar so i was'nt that hopefull of any real ale here,i decided to go into the right room which was up a few steps, this room extended to the rear of the pub and the bar was on the left, there was a large screen at the rear showing live football and there was a good crowd watching it.
To my surprise there were four pumps on the bar,i had a drink of Oakham Bishops Farewell which was a very nice drink the other beers were Thornebridge Jaipur,London Pride and Old Speckled Hen.
This is a sports bar with a daft name but the pub had a good lively atmosphere and a really nice drink as well.
As the saying goes dont judge a book by its cover.
