The Cat Inn has a central bar that splits the pub in two creating left and right-hand bar areas. In the right-hand side is a pool table, dartboard and a television for showing Sky Sports. This was muted because karaoke was taking place in the left hand bar. In here are more televisions. The bar supports standard keg and three hand pumps, however one was off and one was unused which left Pedigree as the lone cask option. I noted the presence of a Beerpig warm pork crackling heated glass cabinet on the end of the bar. I managed to resist the urge to trough on the salty pig skin. The service was polite and the singers were very good, but it was one slow song after another so I was glad to leave.

Quite a nice looking pub on a busy road just outside Hanley's town centre, this was our first disappointment of a day looking for Draught Bass in Stoke on Trent, as we had to settle for Pedigree. As well, there was loud music playing and we didn't find it as comfortable as the previous pubs. The beer was in ok condition but it was difficult to get enthusiastic about this pub.

A nice comfy pub. The place is split into 2 rooms by an island bar and one side was very much an eatery room. A pool table occupied the room to the right. Tellies showing horse related stuff. 4 ales on handpulls and a mix of beer styles on on my visit.

Called in to this ok pub on a Tuesday lunchtime to seek refuge from the elements and found the pub well prepared for the Halloween celebrations later in the week. This oddly shaped pub had a friendly barmaid and there was 4 cask beers to choose from with the Hobgoblin spot on as it invariably is.Quite enjoyed my short time here.

The Cat Inn is a decent looking white painted pub that is situated at the top end of keelings road.
Once inside the pub had two seperate rooms,i had a drink in the lounge which was to the left, this was a smart looking room with comfy bench seating and normal tables and chairs, the room was carpeted, there was a small stage in the rear left corner and the TV was showing horse racing.
The bar to the right was smaller and had a pool table to the rear of the room.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Brains Final Whistle which was a decent enough drink, the other beer was GK Abbot.
I had a drink in the lounge which was quite busy with mixed bunch in,the pub had a good lively atmosphere.
