Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Three Fishes Inn
Nice old pub, with a good range of real ales on (many local, including a very good Darwin's Origin from the Salopian Brewery). However, it did have a slightly 'cold' atmosphere which was difficult to pin down despite the place being busy enough. Still, shouldn't complain too much as it is obviously a decent place for a pint.

I love this little place. White rendered and timber framed, this little terraced pub has a nice stone floor and is simply one room around the bar. The girl behind the bar was really nice and chatty; a bit of Slater's Top Totty if you know what i mean.
Several real ales on; i had an excellent Monkey Town MILD and a great Sharpe's Doom Bar
I will have to visit again, this is currently my favourite pub in Shrewsbury and thats going some!

John Horton left this review about Three Fishes Inn
First no-smoking pub in Shrewsbury - well before the smoking ban. Located in town centre near St Alkmund's church. Parking difficult if not impossible but don't let that put you off as this place is a gem. Several well kept real ales, very good food, warm friendly olde worlde atmosphere and comfortable surroundings.
