The Falcon has had a recent refurbishment and has reopened as a pub for people who prefer hotel bars. There was just the one real ale, Three Tuns XXX. I stayed for as long as it took to drink it and then went to the Black Horse to try to expunge the memory of this place with a half of Bathams.

The Falcon is a large looking pub which is in the Low Town area of Bridgnorth.
Once inside the bar faces in a large oblong shaped room which runs the width of the pub,the floor is bare boarded, the seating is a mix of tall tables and chairs and normal tables and chairs, there is a smaller oblong shaped room to the right which was not in use on our Saturday afternoon visit.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Three Tuns XXX,which was a very nice drink, the other real ale was Hobsons Town Crier.
The pub was almost empty which made it seem less appealing,so probably better visited in the evening when it is hopefully busier.

Soup Dragon left this review about Falcon Hotel & Restaurant

Terraced hotel, bar and resturant, with cream render.

The interior is open plan and very clinical, with white walls, beams, ceiling, curtains, with comfy chairs, nice fire place and wood floor. It is clearly food led. Service was fine, the place itself was empty.

Beer; usual tap stuff, with GK IPA, Holdens Golden Glow and a decent Holdens Bitter on handpull.

The beer was fine, but the modern interior is not to my personal taste, so i wouldnt bother again - i am sure others will love it

This is a large food led pub with comfortable seating and dining tables. Very modern décor which means it feels more like a wine bar than a pub. Has 4 handpumps selling changing guest beers but only 3 were on. I had a pint of Ludlow Gold which was pretty good. It seems friendly enough and everything was clean and tidy, it's a pleasant enough pub.
