Komakino . left this review about The Woodman Inn

The second of two going concerns in this north-west Oxfordshire village. A roughly square interior with seating to the right on entry (whose wallpaper is an 1890 map of Witney and the surrounding area which is of interest). The bar counter is up against the far left-centre and a semi-partioned area from entry facing the bar which houses a dartboard. Fuller's London Pride, Black Sheep Holy Grail and 'Woody Ale' - an indeterminable rebadge which was OK and a bearable £1.85 for a half (a fourth pump was unclipped). A covered smoking area and stepped beer garden are out back. This looks to be in transition as signs out front stated the kitchen would be closed "untill" further notice and the people behind the bar appeared a little wooden. Worth a revisit in 6 months methinks.
