Alan Winfield left this review about The Three Horseshoes

The Three Horseshoes is a really nice looking stone built pub that is a short walk from the middle of Witney.
Once inside wen had a drink in the front room which is oblong shaped and has a beamed ceiling, the room is bare boarded, the seating normal tables and chairs, there are much larger rooms to the rear which are set aside for diners.
There were three real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Hook Norton Lion which was a very nice drink, the other beers were Marstons Pedigree New World and Ringwood Best.
Decent background music was playing on our Saturday afternoon visit.
The front area to this pub is quite a nice place to have a few drinks.

Old Boots left this review about The Three Horseshoes

Another low ceilinged Cotswold stone building, this one is heavily gastroised at the rear, the front is still quite pub like with settles, benches and people sat at the bar, although the tables are candle powered. There is a comfy chair by the fire and a pile of newspapers, it even has a GBG2009 sticker in the door and its old Morland's sign hanging outside. There are three pumps on the counter with Adnams, Hobgoblin and White Horse brews, the White Horse being particularly good, Sharps and Cottage advertising materials hints at other guest ales, a low T Bar provides the keg substitutes and of course there is a fair amount of wine available. The service was good and not too restauranty in style. At the back are two dining rooms, one each side of a corridor leading to the toilets. The front is dark and intimate making it a place for quiet seduction rather than a few pints.
