I'm not sure of this pub's provenance but it was a return visit for us the other night. Naturally nothing's changed since August. Internally the pub's part slightly traditional and part modern wine bar with a semi-carpeted and flagstone floor - very popular too with a mixed crowd. Furniture is conventional and home to unappealing sauce bottles, music was a bit loud for comfort. What really hits you though are the multiple TV screens showing football - and ads - at volume.
Ales: something from Hardy & Hanson's, Greene King's Olde Trip and IPA and Prescott's Track Record at a steep £1.95 a half and fine (this is Jericho, hence the price).
This is really more of a sports bar than pub and as there are other far better pubs in Jericho (the Jericho Tavern next door for example), I can't envisage a return visit.

Well-presented exterior, which looks like an old townhouse. It’s a GK pub, sporting six pumps - five ales (all GK stable plus a house beer of unknown provenance) and Old Rosie cider. My Olde Trip was in good shape. Interior has an island bar, with décor heavy on classic film posters from the 40’s and 50’s. Also has a library area and some attractive large mirrors. Rear patio. Quite nice in here, if you can tolerate GK beers then this is worth a stop.

I took the walk here knowing it was a Green King pub and that probably wouldn't take the title of pub of the day,the main thrust of my visit was quite unscientific in the fact I simply had to visit a pub called Jude the Obscure,a cracking name for a pub.My low expectations were not exceeded though and found nothing special about the place,a large rather open place ,much of the wall space covered in film posters.Beers were Old Golden Hen ,Moreland Best,St Edmunds and a guest of Hopback Summer Lightening . To be fair the Old Golden Hen wasn't bad,I don't expect to return, nice name though.
