Komakino . left this review about The Kings Arms

A backstreet gem which retains its original two-room layout - public bar to the right and smaller lounge bar to the left, the former offering Wychwood Hobgoblin, Hook Norton Nice Try, Shotover Scholar and Pinhead Oatmeal Stout; the latter two both in excellent shape and good value at £3.50 a pint each. Both rooms are small and covered with plenty of local and military-related paraphernalia (the model airplanes hanging from the ceiling in both bars are novel) and if the slightly-larger public gets a little too 'local', the smaller lounge bar is a welcome and quieter respite. There's plenty of bar snacks available too, and as we were about to leave, they brought out a wooden block with Ploughman's bits on and asked us to help ourselves. A great find and by far the best in this area.
