Quinno _ left this review about The Red Cow

Greene King country pub with a bit of a wonkily shaped interior - the result of rooms being knocked through - though a low ceiling remains. There’s an undressed stone area to the right with a wood fire (lit, but the pub was cold). A rustic dining area is round a bit to the left in what would have been quite a nice single room many years ago. Various cow prints amongst the general decor. Large rear garden. Four pumps with three on; GK IPA, Marmalade on Toast (GK, don’t ask!) and Black Hole Cosmic II. I tried a half of the latter which was in fair condition but tasted strongly of GK, so clearly the lines don’t get flushed properly between brews. Was OK but get the feeling I caught it at a less-than-optimal time. 5.5
