Komakino . left this review about The Plough Inn

Located on the cusp of Army barracks this public house is set back from the road with a car park between the two. A two-roomed affair, upon entry from the front, a door to the left is signed 'Lounge' but is more akin to someone's front room, the various tables and chairs covered in junk. The door to the right signed 'Bar' is where the magic happens. A long, bare-boarded room with and area jutting out to the far, rear right housing a pool table on concrete floor and a small, square, raised carpeted area beyond. There's a small stone fireplace opposite the bar entrance and the servery runs against the latter portion of the left-hand wall. Just the one ale - Goff's Fallen Knight (a second stump was unclipped) which was decent and a reasonable £1.70 a half.
