Traditional GII listed pub with substantial rear grounds that on our visit was home to a bouncy castle. Three interesting ales; XT2 (very good nick), West Berks Hexters and Butcombe Bitter. Very young staff, I’d have probably asked them for ID if the roles at the bar had been reversed. Anyway a good little find and I’d happily pop back again.
