The Newcastle Arms is an old looking pub that is fairly close to the Galway Arms.
Once inside this pub has got one room,there was a pool table facing on entry and a very small corner bar in the far left of the room,there were a few uncomfortable bench seats and a few tables and chairs all the tables were different to each other.
There were no real ales on the bar but a good choice of fizzy keg bitter to choose from i chose keg Thwaites bitter but this was off so i was then given the choice of John Smiths extra cold or John Smiths extra smooth i had the extra cold which was cold and fizzy.
The pub was fairly busy with a mixture of age groups.

Friendly atmosphere.mixed age groups does'nt do food but has live bands and karaoke. Large beer garden and plenty of car park space.
