Alan Winfield left this review about Larch Farm

The Larch Farm is a large modern pub that has been converted from old farm buildings.
Once inside there are dining rooms to each side of the entrance, the main bar room is to the rear with the serving bar to the front right, this room is quite large and oblong shaped it extends to the rear of the pub,the room is carpeted and there is a slight raised area to the rear, the seating is normal tables and chairs, nearly all taken and those which were not had reserved signs on them which i ignored,i sat down at one of these tables which were reserved for later in the day,but was told to leave as it was reserved,i refused to leave by saying the table was reserved for later in the day.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Castle Rock Harvest Pale which was on top form.
This pub is far too foody for my liking with rooms set aside for diners and the main bar room also being full of them.
Beer nice, pub not.
