Alan Winfield left this review about Boulevard Hotel

The Boulevard is a very large pub that is on the corner of radford boulevard and hartley road.
Once inside this pub had a few different rooms, there was a large comfortable lounge and a decent sized basic bar on the few occasions i have been in this pub i have always had a drink in the bar.
This pub used to be an Home Ales tied house and there were two real ales on the bar,i have only tried the Home bitter in here and this was a decent enough drink the other beer was Home mild.
The pub is still standing but i am not sure what is going on with it.

Update

The Boulevard has reopened and on a vitit yesterday afternoon it was fairly busy.
The pub has been opened out a bit,on entering the corner door there is a fairly long room with the bar on the left this room narrows in the middle then opens out where there is a pool table.
There were no real ales on the bar but three unclipped pumps, the keg option was John Smiths smooth crap so i had a Guinness which was a decent drink.
It is nice to see an old Radford pub reopen.
