Will Larter left this review about The Blue Bell Inn

The Blue Bell looked promising, with "great quality" real ales and ciders on the sign below the actual bell, but at the time of our visit the five hand pumps were offering only ex-Wells Bombardier, Adnams Ghost Ship and Westons Old Rosie. My notes made at the time say "very ordinary", which is perhaps a little unfair, as I know that Bombardier is one of those beers that only a master cellarman can make anything decent of. The lass behind the bar kindly took photos of me and Steve, Alan's brother, to record the occasion of the Alan Winfield Memorial Pub Crawl.

This is a smallish pub close to the church at the north end of Sandiacre that has been done up a couple of years ago.
This is a one room pub with the bar in the middle and smart comfy seating around most of it,there has been a conservatory area added at the back of the pub which is quite smart making this a quite plush and comfy pub to have a drink in.
There are three real ales on the bar i tried Bombadier which was ok there was also Bass and Pedigree.
This is quite a pleasant pub to have a drink and itis open all day.
