Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Peacock

Traditional village local with a good crowd in early on a Thursday evening. Counter in the middle, with the main seating area (and large-screen TV for the sport) at one end and a busy pool table at the other. Unfussy furniture and decor, and four real ales on handpump: Greene King IPA, Doom Bar, Young's Ordinary and the seasonal Sin Bin from Box Steam Brewery (£3.20).
