Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Blue Bell

Supposedly the oldest pub in Peterborough, this fine-looking (once country, now suburban) building certainly looks this business. The interior has been opened out somewhat, but points of interest remain (including an excellent snug tucked away in one corner). Coming out of lockdown, only one of the four handpumps was in use, but as an Elgood's pub, it was no surprise to find the Cambridge (£3.30) as the beer on offer.
