This is an Elgood's pub that had two unclipped hand pumps on the bar. I asked the landlady if they did any real ale and she answered no they don't do it and suggested I tried the Griffin over the road where they sold loads of it. I noticed a pool table, TV screens and posters for live music as I walked out.
I've been to March before when I recall there were three Elgood's pubs all selling the cask bitter. This one is now a complete waste of time.
I didn't take the advice but moved on to Elgood's other March pub.

Called in this pub as we were passing, to see what real ale there was on, and they didn't have any. Once through the door we had to go down some stairs to get to the bar. There were a few customers in the pub at lunchtime, but we didn't stay.
