Bucking Fastard left this review about The Five Alls

A non descript brick building with the look of an estate pub.The front door leads to a large bar room but with minimal furniture.A fitted bench below the left front window, some functional moveable oblong tables and chairs but a sea of emptyness. To the right there a brick fireplace with flatscreen above for Sky Sports, while opposite is a darts board. There is a seperate pool table section but with the light turned off.Around the side there is a small side bar which then leads onto a dining room with set tables but utilitarian rather than comfortable. However it's a proper community pub with bingo nights, occasional live music and a juke box and locals were drifting in all night on our Thursday evening visit.
Food is served generally until 8.30pm but during the week the pub will close at 10pm.We ate here from an extensive menu, well cooked pub food and very reasonably priced.
Two real ales were available on my trip Pitchfork Golden Ale (a little tired) and Tydd Steam Piston Bob (good nick) .I was surprised by the lack of keg beer and lager choices and a very limited spirits range. It seems the guv'nor here is happy to limit his range of options.
Good to see a village free house that is viable ,despite not being all that busy. The opening of a Spar shop next door means this Fenland village is better off than many, and the pub is a short walk from the moorings on the Old River Nene.Worth a visit if requiring a beer or pub food.
