Steve C left this review about Trotters Bar

We popped into Trotters on a recent Friday evening after some photos were taken posing against Delboy’s Reliant Robin that was parked outside. The friendly locals informed us that the first Reliant Robin burst into flames on its was to get an MOT, so the one out front is mark 2. Pictures along the top of the bar of the flaming yellow vehicle backed up these claims. The bar supports standard keg, the Stella made a nice change and the Guinness was much lauded by a loud Irish fella. The background music was from the 1980s and BT Sport was available on the two televisions. I really enjoyed my visit and I will return when next in Harrogate.

Real Ale Ray left this review about Trotters Bar

This one room themed bar was actually better than I imagined. It certainly had a good vibe and the barman or owner liked a bit of banter. I specifically didn't call in here looking for draught beer, but did enjoy a decent pint of Stella served in a proper Stella pint glass. I thought the Trotter Van parked out front on the road was brill, especially for the tourists like myself.

Graham Coombs left this review about Trotters Bar

A fairly basic bar which manages a nice bright feel despite being stuck under a building. The colours described below have been muted a bit and the Trotter theme is largely restricted to a few cartoons round the walls. The customers are probably the same as in the previous review, only now they are all getting on a bit. Sadly the beer range is also the same with just the mainstream keg; prices from £3.70 for John Smith's are probably the main draw.

Old Boots left this review about Trotters Bar

A small basement bar comprising a single square room, almost a cellar but it is just a few steps down from street level. The Del Boy Trotter theme is continued in the Reliant Robin yellow paintwork of the wainscotting and some Peckham related artifacts on the walls. There are humping animal clocks behind the bar which may not suit all tastes. The silver painted cast iron furniture has a slightly garden look but the bar has a proper brass footrail and hand rail. The usual range of national kegs brands dominate the bar. There are some tables and heaters at the entrance, which doubles as the smoking area, unfortunately smoke does drift into the bar. Pleasant chatty staff, the customers were almost all working and retired middle aged men.
