An unusual looking and good-sized pub, squeezed in to a residential street and completely surrounded by houses on all sides. The pub is covered in some interesting murals, both front and back, which is an interesting feature. There is also a good sized beer garden at the rear of the pub.

As you walk down the entrance stairs it feels like you're going in to some sort of club, with no view of the actual premises and the walls plastered in flyers for gigs. It’s also quite dark, with a few candles in pint glasses lighting the edge of the stairs! Once you're in the pub it's a whole lot more conventional though, and quite pleasant. Décor wise it’s fairy traditional with lots of wood around the place including a wood strip floor, more candles in bottles, a darts board and an unusual card table. Walls were mostly cream plasterwork and some fairly lights were strung along a beam. A small fire was blazing away at the front of the pub which was a nice touch on a cold February evening, and another free-standing dual aspect chimney breast was a bit of a feature although it was just stacked up with a supply of logs rather than being in use. A few board games were on a nearby shelf.

Beers on this occasion were Doom Bar, Wye Valley Golden Ale and Electric Bear New Zealand Pale. Ciders were well represented with Thatcher’s Gold, Old Rosie and Orchard Pig Philosopher although I went for the mulled option simmering away at the end of the bar which was very pleasant, and unusual to see at this time of year. All in all this seems to be a decent community pub, well worth a visit if you're in the area.

The Cadbury is a decent looking pub that is set on a hill in a residential area.
Once inside the bar faces in an irregular shaped room which is bare boarded, the left side is down one step, the seating is comfy bench type and small stools.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Butcombe Bitter which went down well, the other beer was Jurasic Durdle Door.
Background music was playing and there were a few other drinkers in on my Saturday dinner visit.
I quite liked this pub,one of the better pubs i did in Montpellier.
Yet another Bristol pub i forgot to take a photo of.
