A yo-yo pub that on one visit can be great; the next visit can be poor. You step down into the pub via a few steps to find an old and traditional interior. Ale range is usually two or three, London Pride accompanied by the rather good Twickenham Ales; however at £3 p/p this is expensive even for Twickenham. TV showing sports is available.

The Fox is a nice looking old pub from the outside and it is on a nice shopping street.
Once inside there was one room that had bare boards but i did'nt find this room that comfortable to have a drink in,there were four real ales on the bar i had a drink of London Pride and this was a decent drink the other beers were Ruddles County, Adnams Broadside and Smiles bitter.
I was a bit dissapointed with this pub after what it looked like on the outside.
