Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Red Lion
Attractive Shepherd Neame pub, serving the hamlet of Charing Heath and the surrounding area. Inevitably food-led, given its rural location, but the tables are only laid up for those actually dining. Otherwise, the interior has been partly opened-out and refurbished, but it still retains a very traditional look. Some wooden benches can also be found at the front, overlooking a small triangular green. Three handpumps, but just Master Brew (£4.00) available on my visit.
