Real Ale Ray left this review about The Farmers Arms

The pub was extended in the mid 1980's for extra dining space. The original building dates back to 1865 with the original bar along with an open fireplace still intact. The large beer garden, which was an apple orchard not so long ago according to one of the locals, was very busy on my visit. This area also had a small outdoor bar area with three keg taps all in use serving lager and Camden beers. Four handpumps on the rear bar, with only two in use serving Doom Bar and Wainwright. I went for the Wainwright, which was in good shape.

This is now called The Old Rathbone.

Nice enough pub with a large beer garden that caters for kids so be wary of little people running round knocking over pint glasses. Is a bit on the pricey side. Does food but Ive no idea if it's any good. Real beery stuff available too.
