Real Ale Ray left this review about Dee View Inn

A traditional pub perched on the corner of a sharp bend. The pub dates from the 1800's and was once a residential property, with a sweet shop attached. The interior consists of one long narrow room with the bar situated mid way on the left hand side. The interior was finished in red and cream colour and the windows were lead light. The bar area was original and had some tiffany lamps hanging over the counter. Four handpumps in use, so I went for the Locale Brimstage Mad Hatter, which was in superb condition. The young manager was welcoming and chatty, we also had lunch which was excellent and souced locally. This is a pub you could quite happily relax in for a few hours. There are also great views across the Dee Estuary from here.

Still a nice pub with friendly enough people. Its a thin one roomed pub that has an area to the right of the bar that's used for dining when food is on, though you can sit here and just drink. National brand cask ales are usually on.
