As Al says below, this is very much a home fans pub on matchdays. We visited for a change yesterday. It's pretty much as you would expect from a pub which is very close to a football ground with the usual keg selection of beers and lagers and a fairly lively crowd, with a fairly basic interior and some very basic toilets. As a final refreshment point for the football ground, it serves its purpose.

Not particularly good. Seemed to be full of tramps whenever I've been in. Popular on Everton match days.
