A decent pub ripped out and ruined. Used to have loads of character and customers. We called in for the first time in a while to find one of those wooden table joints with cheap chairs and totally soulless. Sells 2 real ales, Boddingtons (poor) and Theakston Old Peculier (Average). What a mess. Downhill all the way now guys.

This place still manages to embrace a local pub feel in the middle of the city. Always found it a good starting point for a night out.
