ROB Camra left this review about The Railway Inn

Looks a little shabby from the outside, but inside is quite pleasant if a bit dated with lots of bric-a-brac. I used to visit here many years ago when Ms CAMRA and I first started going out and it doesn't appear to have changed that much. There's a small room to the left with a dartboard. The right hand room is on two levels with a big brick fireplace and several TV's for sport. I was the only one in on my Friday, early afternoon visit and the friendly barmaid said she was surprised as they usually have 3 or 4 regulars in at this time. It was lashing it down though. 4 handpumps on the bar, but only Timothy Taylors Boltmaker actually on. This was in good nick and very reasonably priced at £3.30. It's a nice enough suburban pub.
